When Can Grandparents be just Grandparents?

It seems that is has become common placed for kids to have kids and Grandparents to raise them.  I've spoke with some Grandparents recently and they refer to themselves as parents.  Being called mom and dad by their grandchildren.  In some cases, this is understandable when there has been a death of a parent or other some other circumstance beyond one's control.  

But when one voluntarily decides not to care for their child, is it because they are too young, do not know how or is it for some other reason?

God's Kingdom

Today there is a lot of excitement mixed with fear of the unknown. You have a black man that just might make it to the presidency and running against a woman. Who would have ever thought that it would ever happen. But one idea that has been around longer than those running is God's Kingdom. It is mentioned in the Bible at Matthew 6:10 and Matthew 6:33.
The question for this show is:

Is God's Kingdom a real government and if so, what will it accomplish? Have you ever thought that if it is real, what will happen to the governments on earth today ran by man?
